HOW IT WORKS

Personalized Support Starts With Understanding Your Student

Every student begins with a Student Success Assessment. This allows us to learn about their strengths, current challenges, goals, and support needs before recommending a personalized plan.

01
Student Success Assessment

We learn about the student’s strengths, concerns, goals, and support needs.

Getting Started Is Simple

02
Personalized Plan

We recommend the focus areas, session schedule, and specialist who best fits the student.

03
Ongoing Monthly Support

The student begins consistent sessions while the family, specialist, and founder remain connected.

The Student Success Assessment

Every family begins with a 45–60 minute Student Success Assessment. Gabrielle meets with the parent or guardian and student to understand the student’s strengths, current concerns, goals, and support needs.

During the assessment, we may discuss:

  • Strengths and learning style
  • Current academic concerns and goals
  • Executive functioning skills
  • Social-emotional well-being and confidence
  • IEPs, 504 Plans, or previous evaluations
  • Home, school, and extracurricular responsibilities
After the Assessment

We create a personalized recommendation that includes the student’s areas of focus, session frequency and length, and Student Support Specialist match.
