After more than 10 years working in education, I saw the same challenge again and again: many students need support beyond the school day.
Throughout my career, I worked closely with students who benefited from additional guidance, including those with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, IEPs, 504 Plans, learning differences, and other academic or social-emotional needs. While schools provide an incredible foundation, many families are left searching for extra support to help their child stay organized, build confidence, develop independence, and reach their full potential.
